Fund Raising Events

Drama Show at Gurukul

One of new fund raisining inivatite this time was the Drama Show. For the first time it was staged on 29th May 2009 at Gurukul Theatre, Baneshwor, Kathmandu. This drama fundraiser being done for the first of its kind by Tewa proved to be an efficient fund raising event. The other first was it was the initiative taken by the volunteers Manisha Dhoju and Pratikchhya Mahat (1st batch of 2009) and with the support of their college mates.

This event was unique in Tewa as the entire idea was that of the volunteers. The event successed to raise Rs.37,900. And 130 people supported the event by buying tickets and coming to see the drama.

We would like to thank the volunteers Manisha, Pratikchhya and students of K & K International College, Baneswor who were a great help to make this event successful.
