Phase 3:
Dormitory Building
The dormitory building will provide residential space for approximately 30 people and will be equipped with toilets and storage space. This will enable residential workshops to take place within the Tewa complex and can be rented out, providing income. 

Recreation Centre
The recreation centre is envisioned as a space that will promote the health and well being of the Tewa family and larger community, while providing income as memberships to the space will be available.

Research & Learning Centre for Philanthropy and Women’s Work
The Research and Learning Centre will be housed in a separate building that has yet to be planned. This centre will only come to fruition when all other aspects of the Tewa complex are fully functioning, perhaps in 5-10 years.  The aim is to establish an world/regional center for philanthropy, both traditional and modern. An education centre will be established, which is linked with other feminist education centres worldwide.
